What video formats are supported?
Zorg Subtitle supports all major video formats including MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM, MKV, and WMV. For best results and fastest processing, we recommend using MP4 files with H.264 encoding. Videos up to 2 hours in length are supported depending on your subscription tier.
What languages are supported for transcription and translation?
Our AI transcription engine supports over 50 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, and many more. Translation is available between all supported language pairs, allowing you to reach audiences worldwide.
How accurate is the AI transcription?
Our AI transcription achieves 95%+ accuracy for clear audio in supported languages. Accuracy may vary based on audio quality, background noise, accents, and technical terminology. We recommend reviewing and editing transcriptions for professional content. The built-in editor makes corrections quick and easy.

What's included in the free tier?
The free tier includes 5 credits (one-time, no monthly renewal), basic AI translation, and community support. Exported videos will include a small ZorgSubtitle.com watermark. It's perfect for testing the platform before upgrading to a paid plan.
What's the difference between Standard and Pro plans?
The Standard plan ($19/month) includes 180 credits/month, standard AI translation, no watermark, and email support. The Pro plan ($49/month) offers 1200 credits/month, premium GPT-4o translation for better accuracy, priority support, and batch processing capabilities.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No, credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your typical monthly usage. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to better fit your needs.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll retain access to your current plan features until the end of your billing period. Your videos and subtitles will remain accessible, and you can resubscribe whenever you're ready.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits represent your video processing allowance. One credit equals one minute of video conversion. For example, if you have 180 credits in your Standard plan, you can process up to 180 minutes of video content per month. Credits are consumed when you transcribe or translate your videos, based on the video duration. Free tier users get 5 one-time credits that do not renew.

What subtitle export formats are available?
We support all major subtitle formats: SRT (SubRip) for universal compatibility, VTT (WebVTT) for web video players, and ASS/SSA for advanced styling options. You can also burn subtitles directly into your video for social media platforms that don't support subtitle files.
How long does video processing take?
Processing time depends on video length and your subscription tier. Pro users get priority processing. Typically, a 10-minute video is transcribed in 2-3 minutes. Translation adds approximately 1 minute per language. Burning subtitles into video takes longer, roughly matching the video duration.
Can I edit the generated subtitles?
Yes! Our built-in subtitle editor provides a full editing experience with timeline-synced editing, waveform visualization for precise timing, keyboard shortcuts for efficiency, and auto-save to prevent data loss. You can edit text, adjust timing, split or merge cues, and customize styling.
Can I customize how subtitles look?
Absolutely! You can customize font family, size, color, background, position, and more. Choose from preset styles or create your own. When burning subtitles into video, your custom styling is preserved exactly as designed. Different styling options may be available depending on export format.
Account & Privacy
How long are my videos stored?
Videos and subtitles are stored securely for 30 days on free accounts and 90 days on paid plans. You can download your subtitles at any time. Pro plan users can request extended storage. We recommend downloading your completed subtitles promptly for safekeeping.
Is my video content private and secure?
Yes, your privacy is our priority. Videos are encrypted during upload and storage. We never share, sell, or use your content for training AI models. Only you have access to your videos. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure, SOC 2 compliant servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I share my account with team members?
Currently, accounts are designed for individual use. Each team member should have their own account. We're working on team and enterprise plans with shared workspaces, collaboration features, and centralized billing. Contact us if you have specific team requirements.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from the account settings page. This will permanently remove all your personal information, videos, and subtitles from our servers within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first. Account deletion cannot be undone.
